Return not taken and Refund not issued

BSNL Complaint Complaint Date: November 24, 2016
I ordered few products from snapdeal which I didn't like and placed returns within 7 days of product delivery.
I successfully paid through my credit card and product was delivered.
Now customer care has closed my complaint stating there has been some issues with the payments.

Had there been some issue with paymemts not only snapdeal would've disallowed me to pay and place order rather it wouldn't have delivered it.
And even if Snapdeal delivered the order would've demanded payment from me instead of closing my account.
Rather my genuine request for return is denied and also my account is closed.

All done so that snapdeal don't have to process a return and pay the due money.
The whole 200 cr rebranding won't get snapdeal anywhere if they harras long time customer like this.

Please check and help me get refund asap.

    Thanks snapdeal for your insensetive reply. I'd already contacted snapdeal customer care on writetous@snapdeal.com and it didn't resolve my complaint. That's why I had to write here.
    Please help jagograhakjago.co.in Snapdeal is not willing to resolve this issue with me.
    I've also recieved threatening phone calls from them
