Return not taken ordered few clothing products from snapdeal

I ordered few clothing products from snapdeal. However they didn't meet my expectations so I decided to return it. Lodged a return request within 7 days (on 30 oct 2016) as per their return policy. But customer support refused to take back the return and also threatened me to not call back again. Raised this issue to Kunal Behl also on twitter but got no reply. This is reneging on 7 day return policy. I demand a return and refund.
