Complaint against Flipkart for Bad quality product purchased kids clothes from Flipkart

I purchased kids clothes from Flipkart and want to return it due to bad quality. I requested for refund giving all details including my bank details. I have called customer care thrice and email one time for pickup of the product but no one visited so far for pickup and I have also not received my money back. Flipkart is not taking any step in this regard. Please have a look into this matter.
