I bought a pair of woodland shoe from there company outlet at pacific mall, kaushambi, ghaziabad on 17/04/2016 & after few days sole of one shoe got damaged & i was at the party when it was damaged & it was very embarrasing situation for me at that point of time, there was some manufacturing defect in that article, anyways on 5/06/2016 i get back to the outlet with the article & they deposited the article & told me that i need to come after 15 days i will get the Cn or refund of the article. After going there 3-4 times finally they gave me the same repaired shoe & when i asked them this is not a old shoe & I have bought this only a month back then they told me either you take this article or leave it, we can not do anything. After a long argument they did nothing & even then they didnt returned my original invoice copy at that time. After so long argument & escallations i got my original invoice copy back on last sunday. Well i have bought so many branded products in my life i have never ever faced such type embarresment & poor, worst or idiotic behaviour from any brand. so i request you to kindly help in getting my refund with a penalty on the brand. I have bought woodland shoes in thought of that it will be long lasting & will work for atleast 2-3 years, but unfortunately it didn't worked for a month or 3-4 times total i wore that.
