Non activation of services for Cellone mobile number

Dear Sir / Madam,

My cell number 9864111214 was ported to the Cellone network from Reliance GSM network and worked fine.

Last year due to non-payment the number got deactivated and subsequently post-clearing the dues and with the help of BSNL officials at Guwahati the number got activated with partial service (only outgoing voice calls can be made).

Upon visiting and enquiring from Jan 2022 the same at BSNL office, Guwahati several times they informed that the LRN has changed from Cellone to JIO network for the specific number and suggested to escalate the matter to AGM CSC, BSNL and later to DOT but still no result.

Without the services the pending bills are now piling up.

Please help to reactivate my number 9864111214.
