I had placed an order for clothes with Best Deal TV on 22.10.16 against order no 1362275. Though the package was delivered it contained damaged products, thus we had returned the same. The package was picked by their representative on registering a complain on 07.11.16.

However despite repeated reminders I have not received replacement or refund till date.
