Costumer support bsnl hungama call me and asked to press 1 in my landline phone for bsnl hungama and tell me not to charge any money but they are charge Rs. 170+70+170 for 3 nos. pack total Rs.410.00 this charge will add in my next broadband bill kindly take necessary action against them.
