wrong product from a online shop

In november 2015,I ordred a shoe product in an online shop named SNAPDEAL and they delivered me a wrong product and I sent the refund request.According to their instruction,I sent the item via post and they also refund the courier charge of Rs 103.00
But,due to the invalid address provided by SNAPDEAL,the courier service(India post)returned the item to me.
Now,on requesting them for the refund,they are not giving any response.
