Complaint about Bsnl Recharge, Not credited amount of Rs.149

I am receiving one sms on 28/01/2017 to recharge 149 and get 30min/day from BSNL. Today on 31/01/2017 i am recharging the above mentioned amount. But till now I am not receiving any recharge amount. I am contacting to customer care.but no responding my problem.Please take necessary action for solving my problem.
