i have booked a usbekistan package, for 4 peoples, and made payment accordingly.unfortunately one of my friend is unable to go, i have informed them. as we was suppose to get 2 rooms, the tour company has accomodated us in one room for three people. when i complained for this, they are not receiving my calls. i have also asked them to cancel the trip. they are not replying

    The MD of Yuva Trips - Ms. Rinkey has done money fraud with Me (Vineet aghi) in the foreign tours arranged by her 3 times. She booked tour for me and family in Dubai with hefty amount for providing luxury services. But when i reached Dubai nor she helped me and guided me with accurate documentation required during our stay and travel neither we were facilitated with luxury services and accommodation as was committed.

    Moreover, she misled my family during their stay and kept lying to me which led to extreme discomfort. our calls went unattended by Yuva’s team when we faced problems.
