Customer Complaint against Haldiram:-
We have purchased Doda Burfi from Haldiram Mithai Shop at Netaji Subhash Place,Pitam Pura,Delhi. today by Bill No.:311013 Dated:03/01/2017 Time:6:59:26 PM for Rs.460/- however cashier Mr.:GULSHAN PATHAK deducted Rs.480/- from by Citi credit card:***3216 TID:40988942 Time:19:01:11
On reaching home we find that fault and informed the same at ph no.:011-47685401. Receiver of phone does not admit his faults and also not polite over the phone.

Someone from the Forum should take appropriate action to prtect the dignity of the customer.
