    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am Ravinder Kumar, Customer ID 61921591, and a registered customer of Ratawal Gas Agency, Paschim Vihar.
    I booked my LPG cylinder approximately two weeks ago, but unfortunately, I have not received the delivery till date. I have tried contacting the agency several times; however, the phone is either continuously busy or not being answered.
    This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I am unable to take time off from my office to visit the agency personally. I am feeling quite frustrated due to the lack of response and service.
    I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and arrange the delivery of my LPG cylinder at the earliest. I would also appreciate better communication from the agency regarding delivery status.
