This is to inform you that I had deposited Rs.5000/- in
Axix Bank on 20.12.2016 in my Suvidha Account- Sri Shyam Travel having code no. RT174868, but due to oversight code no. mentioned as RT174848. I had immediately taken up the matter with your customer care and informed about the incidence vide complaint no.10701229. But till date no action has been taken nor any response has been given from your side till date. Thereafter, I had made three another complaints in this respect having reference nos.10739240, 1040740825 & 10754343 but still there is no action.

In the light of the above, I being your valued customer, request you to please do the needful in the matter and arrange to refund my earned and hard money to me urgently.
