No proper guidelines provided to customer

I was went to care on friday(09/07/21) about to change my damaged charging pin slot..!!I stand nearly around 3hrs on queue and I got my name on call by staff,I went in said about my mobile issue and they gave reply just there is no charging pin slot in stock come on Monday..!!so I went back today,today also same answer from your staff No stock,come later..!!!is this how yuh care customers..bad habbit
