Bus got breakdown in between Banglore and Hyderabad. and there is no proper scheduled alternate arra

Initially bus was delayed by 1hour 30 minutes and the Same has been continued further, in between there is a change of bus service no also and bus got breakdown near Dhone which is about 280 km away from Hyderabad destination location around 4:30 am because of some gear box problem. And till 6:30 am driver was speaking to management for arranging other vehicle and they have not arranged any other facilities, after the long discussion driver was telling that bus will come from Hyderabad but it will take around 3 hour 30 min to reach and then we can start from that location. Majority of the passengers in that bus are have to go to there office on time. Since there is a major mistake from bus operators we are expecting the whole amount refund as well as to compensate additional amount for making that issue to the passengers.
I also enclosed the ticket booking details along with this mail for your reference and I am expecting further necessary action from your end.
