Money taken but service denied after pay. Need refund

Hi,

Today this afternoon 14th of July I called your broker and was told that for booking I have to pay Rs. 500 which was done. Later sent me the hotel location and said that I have to pay Rs.2000 to the lady which I did, again later it was said that Rs.500 to be paid for security which was also done. Money was transferred to the So called name Naresh account through phone pay. Mobile number 9587726365. All total of sum Rs.3000 was paid later said that the lady is not willing to meet me. So I asked for refund. But money till not refunded.
Below are the details of payment and the hotel details.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money.
