Non Refund of Bus journey cancelled by the bus operator

Bus ticket was booked for 24th June 2020, from Bangalore to Manipal at 10: 30 am. This journey was cancelled by the bus operator. I have a recieved a SMS for the same from SRS travels.
It was said to me that the bus booking amount will be refunded to me within 7 working days. But it is nearly a month since I am waiting for a refund.
Also, none of the numbers of customer care mentioned on SRS website is working.
