One touch gluco strips are different than old glucostrips

I took one touch select glucostrips from appolo pharmacy its about Rs 600. These gluco strips are different from my old one touch gluco strips, so the gluco strips what i bought now is not use full for me company is held responsible for changing the stips without our knowledge, so i claim my amount rs 600 for this, hope i get the amount back.
