Money has been deducted from account booking is not confirmed

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: August 16, 2021

We booked our hotel on 14th of August using bnamrata29@gmail.com this email id on Goibibio application. The amount has been debited from my friend's account but no confirmation from the app. it still showing in process, transaction Id has generated on 14th only ..
While when we tried contacting the hotel, and the booking has not done by thier side.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
