Weddings in Agent not returning advance amount of marriage

We had done marriage hall booking via weddingz.in to “Harrison Hall and Lawn Nagpur” and done advance payment via google pay to weddingz.in associate.
Due to unfortunate reason, marriage got cancelled and while asking for refund the associate from weddingz.in denied us saying that their are no refunds.
