I have suffered from steering jam (hard) while on road twice in last 15 days.
I contacted your service center at Latur & was told to restart it. It worked.
I showed my car in this center on 27/10/2020. They told me that it is updated now. But I did not get any message regarding updating. So I am perturbed & horrified to travel. What will happen steering becomes hard in the center of the road ?
I have not got any technical answer. They always show the finger towards higher authority that may respond within 48 hours.
