Booking Complaint Complaint Date: April 8, 2020
Have done booking at Happeasy go on 9th Mar for 4 rooms for a offered price of approx. Rs. 2400 per room per night and next day offer was gone and then they did not confirmed my booking even after so much follow ups by saying hotel is sold out.
My date was for Aug so it was not possible and then i again search same hotel with same date in Happyeasygo then it is available till now continue after one month but with higher price. So they are cheating me and asking me to take refund and to make new booking with higher price which I am not accepting. They are not connecting me with their esclation team/ management team nor providing CEO/MD mail I'd so that I can escalate this.i request you to plz intervene and resolve my issue as They are trying to cheat people.
