We had booking at Goa from 27/10/2019 to 31/10/2019 at OYO 27663 Graceful Studio Anjuna. Property was owned by OYO. But, when we reached there property was unsafe. There windows were not able to lock. Bathroom doors were not closing properly and mainly it was located near dumping area.
They had shown photo on website was looking very nice, so we booked the property.
When property was not up to the mark, we had call with OYO representative Mr. Pranay. He told me that you need to check out from said property and we will help to get you new property. He booked new property for us and committed that OYO will refund your extra amount Rs. 6000/-next day.
But, till date there has been no response from OYO. We had various calls with them but they are not ready to respond in proper way.
