Urban Clap cancelled my service on 11th hr.

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I had booked my house keeping services 10 days before. They have booked my service successfully for house keeping on 31st Aug 2019. I have taken the pre-sanctioned leave. ( one day 10K ). On 31st agu, at 10.45 am , I received the call from Urabn clap that sorry, we are not able to do your services . This is very worst experience. they should reimburse me my booking amount and my leave payment.Day before yesterday also, I got message from Urban clap that their house keeping technician will be late for today. No matter, but at 11th hr , got postpone message. This is not good . We have cancelled all the appointments for today.
