I booked my local pass from kalyan to thane local train worth 213 money is deduct immediate but there is no pass found on the uts app..kindly help me out

    I had booked a ticket from Airoli to dadar from UTS app. My payment was deducted for it and ticket confirmed was displayed on UTS app. However, during ticket check when I opened the UTS app, my ticket wasn't booked even though the payment was deducted. So I had to pay the fine of Rs 260, which is same for the one who has not even booked the ticket. How is same fine justified? If I have booked the ticket but due to some applications error I had to bear loss of Rs 260. Who shall i ask for refund ?

    I had booked ticket from Kalyan to CSMT from UTS app. My payment was deducted for it. But ticket was not displayed on booking history and when I reached out to customer care service they assured that I’ll get my refund within 6-7 working days it’s been over 15 days I haven’t received any refund.

    Hi, I had booked season ticket from Vasai to Andheri and Rs 215 got deducted from my bank but the season ticket was not booked. In the past as well this has happened but the money has never been refunded.

    Hi,

    The amount for the second class season ticket (360 INR) has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the UTS app on 6th May, 2023.
    Monedy got deducted from my account but didn't receive the ticket/pass.

    On reaching the Chennai customer care, they said it will be refunded in another two days to my bank account but nothing happened. When I try to reach the customer care later, their number itself is out of order.

    Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap.
