I had made booking of bus(hanstravels ) on 8th august 2020 through ccavenue platform my amount got deducted but my ticket not booked, i am trying to reach ccavenue team and also logged complain through chat but not getting any response from ccavenue team my request ID of ccavenue is 294095. Please look into this.
