I had booked a bus ticket from Dhule to Pune on 30th August through Travelyaari .

Bus operator(Ankush Bus) called me 3-4 hours before Departure and said that bus is cancelled and he can adjust me in a Swift Desire Cab..

I said I have booked a ticket for BUS SLEEPER and will not travel by Car .

Bus operator said that I can contact travelyaari and get a refund from them.

I have sent emails to Travelyaari Several times because their customer service number is not contactable as it says they only resolve issue through Emails.

Its been 10 days and I have not yet received my refund .

I had paid Rs 1935 .

I am extremely disappointed with the Travelyaari.
