Dear team,
I have been contacting goibibo for a refund of excess payment deducted for my hotel booking.
During the payment options my payment to the hotel stay has been deducted twice, I have been calling the customer service but there is no option. I had mailed my complaint on ceo@ibibo.com and that has bounced. I am looking for help for the refund of excess payment made towards my hotel booking.
