Mistreatment to a medical rep

This is about a medical rep gayatri vaishnav, who was traveling from ghansoli to nerhul, when she showed up her id card , the person from ticket window refused to give her a ticket saying a farmasist is not a part of medicinal emergency. The female was waiting for more than an hour but the railway staff misbehaved and did not bother about her concern. This was really harrassment towards a female medical rep, trying to do her job. It was very surprising she got tickets from vashi and nerhul but ghansoli seems to be more particular with their new rule and arrogance. I assume railway employees are doing a tough job ,but disrespecting other employees wher the essential services are involved should have been avoided.
