Agoda not refunding money on cancelled flight

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: May 15, 2021
I had a booking in spicejet airline and i used Agoda application to book the flight. Flight was cancelled by spicejet and after discussing with them, i was informed that they have refunded the entire amount to Agoda. While i am trying to reach out to agoda, the only email i am getting is wait for 90 days which is wrong.
