SBI Credit Card Fees Wrongly charged

Hi , I have wrongly charged SBI Simply Save Credit card fees. Once they give credit card If annual spend more than 75000 rs than you next year fees waived off, But They Increase Anuual spend limit in mid 90000 rs without any communication.
So I spend around 77000. Now they charged me annual fees.
