1. I have try for withdrawal a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) from Ongo ATM, Dhansa on 12/10/2016 at about 1130hrs but due to technically fault in ATM the amount has not been withdrawn but the same has been deducted from my account.

2. You are requested to kindly refund the same amount in my above said account as I have given so many complaint to your bank for the same but the amount not yet refund in my account.

3. You are also requested to obtain footage for the same.
