amount deducted from account but didnot receive the cash from atm

I , sangeeta has a joint account in the name of manoj sangeeta in sbi bank , gokulpuri ( east delhi).I went to an atm of bhajanpura near my residence to withdraw an amount of rs 5000 in 20/08/2016. the amount of rs 5000 deducted from the account but i didnot get the cash. I complaint to the following
costumer care of sbi
manager of sbi
lodged FIR at bhajanpura thana
RBI
PMO website
but no one solved the issue. Manager of the bank has said that cctv camera of that atm is not working so he is unable to do any help .
THIS IS NOT A SINGLE CASE OF THAT ATM . A NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAD COMPLAINT THE SAME.
so i request you to take the neccessary steps as early as possible because my husband manoj kumar is a LABOUR person and it is a very very big amount for me .
please do the needful at the earliest
