Banking complaint for ICICI ATM debit card, Rs. 5000 debited but cash not received from ONGO ATM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using ICICI ATM debit card and tried withdrawing Rs.5000/- from ONGO ATM id no.WWSR2187 (acquiring bank) Najafgarh delhi on 06 September 2016 at 08.33 AM, it was debited with the amount but i did not receive any cash .On the same day i talk to ICICI customer care no. 011-33667777 and register complained (Complained no. SR430259436) to them for the same.They assure me to resolve this issue in 7 working day time. I am stunned by the replay when i got a message (on date 14/09/2016 at 16.56PM) from ICICI bank by decline my request as it was successful traxn. Then i again call to customer care and ask them "Have you seen the CCTV footage How can you say this it was a successful transaction, it was hardly earn money i need that money back at any cost" i want to know Where has money gone? Is it justice that some body is doing day robbery by looting public money like this? they again register complained (Complained no. SR431587483) and said that it will processed in 4 working day from request and the max. time to resolve this is to 4 week.
Kindly Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
