HDFC Bank not releasing the Amount due to me

Hi,

I want to bring to your notice an extremely unprofessional behaviour from the biggest private bank of India. I lost my Sister Late. Sh. Sarla Sood few years back. She had a HDFC bank account. All the relevant papers regarding the claim were submitted to the bank on 18th Feb 2016 (more than 3 months back) in Sector 4, RK Puram branch, Delhi, and after several follow ups, every time the concerned person is delaying the release of payment. The account number is 05881570001295.
Multiple follow ups with the Branch head and also with Mr. Raman Malhotra has happened. All we have got are fake promises and commitments but no one has taken the pain to resolve this.

This is highly unprofessional behaviour. We have already settled the claim of my Sister from all Govt. Banks, including the Indian Post but surprisingly, the biggest Pvt. Bank of the country is too busy elsewhere that our requests are not reaching them.

Mr. Aditya Puri, I request you to intervene and help us in this situation.
