SMS charges deducted for every transactions

ICICI bank saket branch is deducting sms charges 15 rs or more for every transaction from below my family accounts :

Preety A/c no. 017101015370,
Anushka Agarwal Account no. 017101517558

When i requested to wave off, they refused.
