I would like to complaint about the Fraud charges which laid on me by bajaj finance limited

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect ,i would like to make a complain to baja finanace team Members Mr. Abhisek mob no. - 7232880395 and Mr. Amit - Mob no.- 9355195218 who were disbursed the flexi loan in my bajaj wallet with very high fees which was told by the both that it was the free of cast and whenever i will be used the amount at that time only you have topaid the interest. but now 488 is deducting frommy account and after calling to both they said that it is minimum fee which i have to pay to bajaj.
Before they told that no any charges will be given by me and now they are charging 30000/- and deducting from my account .
You are requested to extend your help to advise me for the needful please.
