Payment of 115000 on hold by Mswipe

One of my coustomer made payment through his card with my Mswipe machine of 115000 RR No: 326421204447 on 21-09-2023, Mswipe has put my payment on hold asking me to produce invoice of the sales done.

On sending the invoice Mswipe responds that the transaction is not from the segment of product you registered, when I explained them that the product is related to optical field, they asked 24 hours of Tat to verify the transaction and disconnected the call.


On calling the customer care , executive responded in a very bad tone. First he told us that you have made a transaction above the limit, when I told him that the limit mentioned on app is 2lakhs he said started inquiring me what product did I sell what is the invoice amount and said that we need 72 hour for the resolution, we can't release the payment unless we verify your bills.

I feel cheated as there were no such terms mentioned while selling the device. I have made a commitment to someone for the payment against this payment and now there is no proper response.
