SBI Home Loans- Irrgular amount deducted from my account

This is a very serious concern for my home loan account Irregular Recovery on 28 Nov, 17096/- INR from the SBI account.
Pl. find attached here detailed statement of the total amount deducted to date. Take immediate action & resolve this issue ASAP & credit again this amount in my SBI account from loan.

Important Note :- SBI third parties daily basis calling Miss. Manisha Kiran Wale, my spouse & was pressured unnecessarily to pay this amount as well and I have a daily basis email coming from the CBSSBI alert
