I need a balance certificate as per the university format declaration so i went to khand bazar branch on 20 july because i know that i want to make certificate as per university formate so went day before to tell them so madam said come tomorrow if you want in tomorrows date 21 july so went on that days and sir said if you want on your own format then fill form and attach copy of that format n mail it and submit here physically so did all this process n they said today we cant do that because we dont have typist here so come on 24 july or 25 july so i went today 24 july and they refuse me to make balance certificates as given format so please take some action at khand bazar staaf and give me some fruitful response.
