Axis bank charging Credit card charges 7000 rs

My father opened a Axis bank account with out informing him they opened a credit card as well now they are charging every year AMC .Its been more then 10 year now .He don't know how to use this card or he never use this card also. Now they call reagularly to pay this amount. Nearly showing 7000 amount only AMC and panalty charges.
