FRAUD IN ATM cash WITHDRAWAL

R/Sir,
This is for your information that, I Satbir Tyagi account holder in AXIS Bank at noida Branch,all details given below.

I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs 5000/- from axis bank ATM (Jasola vihar,TPCN11481) but amount is not dispenser from the ATM only got the ATM slip transaction declined as on dated 08/03/2016 Time 08:40 am
then I tried to check my balance your another ATM at Jasola (ATM ID JCBD008) but found only available balance is Rs 827.65/- , I went to another bank ATM (Punjab nation bank ATM ID H7397600) and got the mini statement found Rs. 19000/- withdraw or debited from my account but that transaction not done by myself.
That same issue informed to customer care person at Axis Bank jasola branch as on dated 08/03/2016.
the above issued discussed with Branch Manager axis bank ,his response very rudely to words me,whenever i was asking for CCTV footage for found the person who stolen my cash (footage was not clear shown),this was totally mistake of bank for not installing the good quality CCTV camera for restrict the incident and found the guilty people,
