freecharge app debited my amount of rs.50 and then transaction has failed

on 21st july 2015 i have used freecharge app to recharge my airtel no. 9791577894 with an amount of Rs.50 but unfornately my balance has been debited from my indian bank account and the freecharge transaction has been failed.

freecharge order ID: FCVA150621192377214
indian bank message to my mobile id: ATM ID UBIACQ00

Please refund or recharge my cash if You can.
