PayU account debted for rs 5000, payment partners of BIG BASKET online grocery store

on 13th of January my pnb bankaccount number 4913000100013875 was debited for rupees 5000 as part of online payment to PayU (payment partners of BIG BASKET ..an online grocery store.On having contacted BIGBASKET they said that the money has not been credited to them from the bank itself. I contacted the branch manager of PNB SECTOR 22 DWARKA NEW DELHI for the deduction and the reply I got was very disturbing..She said that such things seep happening..Please help.
