Sir, My customer ID is 840545845. I got a call from axis bank rep. for new credit card (on behalf of saving bank account) with additional features such as no card opening charge, no annual fee and 5 % cash back on every purchase made by my card. so i applied for it but i did not received the card and also not received any call regarding it. but 100 Rs. deducted on 12 Dec 16 from my account and on 28 Feb 17 i got a credit card statement with payment due date on 04 Mar 17. I talk to your customer care (ALTAF) , he told me that your card was not delivered and returned back to us due to wrong address updated by our rep. and told me that i have to pay the amount and told to update my address and after this they will send the card to me.Again 100 /- deducted from my account on 04 Mar 17. When i did not got credit card then why should i pay for it.Without getting credit card how statement generated.I also visited the axis bank Khan market branch.But they told that email your problem to ccbranchsupport@axisbank.com,do so but no satisfactory reply.
