Negative balance salary account in YES Bank and due to a shift

I had a salary account in YES Bank and due to a shift in my job the salary account became inactive.
They are continuously charging me a negative balance for non maintenance which is against the RBI statement which was released in TOI on 11th May 2016 even i have lost all the details of that bank and recently i lost my mobile phone too and i have FIR of that and they not infom me by posting any documents on my address, please help me in closing this account this is my registered mob no. To the bank 8285636400
Plz guide me what to do it's approx -7000 something .
