Requested Money Withdrawal Issue from ATM located at Kavar Nagar Amravati MH

my father went to ATM located at Kavar Nagar Amravati MH and entered amount of 14000 Rs.to withdraw.He waited for 15 min at ATM but that amount is not came through ATM.But I am getting message on registered mobile that your transaction is successful.
No branch of SBI help me to resolve this issue.I required CCTV footage as a proof about this incident.
