Sub: Less withdrawal of amount from ATM.

Dear Sir,
As reported to you on 14.02.18 at about 2:18 p.m. regarding the incidence happened with me while withdrawing Rs. 4000/- on 14.02.18 from the ATM of INDICASH ATM of vijay nagar bus kalyan east when I received only Rs. 1000/- from ATM instead of Rs. 4000/- but the 4000 was debited from my A/C. I lready launch a complain in customer care on 16 feb sr527474803 and second level complaint on 06 march SR530959389 .

You were kind enough to advice me to send an application regarding the incidence and accordingly I am sending this application for your doing the need full in this connection. The details of my account no is as under and ATM Slip with status report are also enclosed.
