Sir/Madam, I was planning for some SIP in SBI. I had opened folio on SBIMF website on 29 January 18. However I did not invest in any mutual funds. But suddenly on 12 February 18 I got messages & mails that 5 SIPs (each of Rs 1000) have been opened on my account. I informed the same to SBIMF call center. They confirmed that these SIPs have been opened from SBI Hata (UP, branch code 1689) Branch. I am located in Pune & have never been to UP in my life. Still these 5 SIPs were opened on my name fraudulently without my consent. It has been more than a month I am following up with SBIMF team & they are not coming with any solution. For each of my mail sent to them I get above reply. I am tired of following up with them & hence raising the complain with you. Please take a strict action against fraud SBI MF team. Also I need a compensation for this fraud. Attaching some of my mails for reference.
