This is Ms. Amruta Shingrupe, Saving Account Holder in HDFC Nalasopara west branch.(#50100133954542)

I need your immediate attention for my refund of Rs.5660.00 because back-end team of nor HDFC neither Vijaya Bank are unable to trace and solve my complaint inspite of several follow up since nov'17.

I made IMPS on 6th Nov'17 to Satyam Shivam Tours and Travels. But while making this transaction, i wrongly entered one digit in account number but i correctly mentioned IFSC code, still the transaction was shown successful and my amount got debited.
